Brand guide v1

Premium whimsy for the guest experience economy.

Zoo Voice.AI is a focused, light-theme brand for managed AI voice agents in zoos, wildlife parks, safari parks, aquariums, and family attractions. It should feel friendly, high-end, operationally useful, and unmistakably more niche than a generic AI services site.

Logo system

Three marks for launch exploration.

The system combines a speech bubble and polished paw print. The mark should stay rounded, simple, and readable at small sizes, with the wordmark carrying the Voice.AI meaning.

Usage notes

Use the full wordmark in nav, proposals, and social headers. Use the badge for sales decks and one-off creative. Use the compact mark for favicon, app icon, and small UI spaces. Prior logo explorations are preserved in `/brand/originals/`.

Color

Light, pastel, and still grown-up.

The palette should avoid dark SaaS sameness. Ink gives the system authority, while lagoon and coral keep the brand distinctive and lively.

Typography

Rounded display, clean body.

Use a rounded, confident display face for headlines and a highly readable sans for body copy. Keep letter spacing at 0 and let the friendliness come from shape and rhythm.

UI shape

Soft product surfaces.

Buttons can be pill-shaped. Repeated content cards should stay modest with 8px radius. Product mockups can be more rounded to signal warmth.

Imagery

Show the workflow.

Prefer product-style mockups, ticket flows, call summaries, and booking boards over generic wildlife photography.

Voice and copy

Helpful, specific, and lightly playful.

Zoo Voice.AI should sound like a guest experience expert who happens to be deeply technical. The brand can smile, but the copy should always return to operational clarity.

Copy rules

  • Cheerful, capable, and clear.
  • Guest-friendly without sounding childish.
  • Operationally specific: hours, tickets, events, handoffs, and staff relief.
  • Optimistic about AI, but always grounded in real guest outcomes.

Best CTA language: "Build my zoo demo", "Hear real calls", "Plan peak-season coverage", and "Route guest questions faster".

Homepage hero concepts

Fun enough to be memorable, real enough to sell.

Live guest call

Lead with the phone/chat mockup and show questions being resolved into ticket links and calendar actions.

Peak season command

Lead with an operations board: simultaneous calls, route status, and staff handoffs.

Experience booking

Lead with birthdays, field trips, memberships, and VIP encounters becoming structured revenue opportunities.
